To whom it may concern, My daughter works at one of your locations. Tonight she came home wearing her name tag which states her name followed by she/her below her name. Why are you forcing this onto your employees?! If those, (they) whom do not identify as male or female want to make that known to cusumers that is their right! however my daughter has that very same right! She simply wants to be known by her first name. After all, it would be offensive to label someone as white, black, gay or lesbian. This needs to change!

I tried to return 3 bottles of "Make up Forever" to your store in Sherway. on April 6/21 -(have used this product for 5-6 years.) - but one of their employees recommended "Make up Forever Reboot" for my age (81) . I had purchased the 3 bottles sometime over the last year - do not have the receipts. . Wanted to return the R360 for 3 bottles of the Reboot - R370. They would not take them back. As you know the lock down has been about 10 months out of the last year -could not return them before even if I wanted to. Please advise what I can return the R360 bottles for more of the R370.
