The head office is not run properly. James Roberts who runs the online dept is rude and doesn't return multiple calls or emails to solve my issue with my jeans. I ended up solving the issue on my own. James needs to stop complaining about how many hours he works and do his job which is to resolve customer issues. He's not the only one in Canada who works long hours, nothing but excuses. He has a very big ego. The secretary is useless and doesn't pass on messages. Darren who is the boss doesn't even care when a complaint is made about one of his employees, he is profit hungry. Overall, one you walk into Jean Machine they try to sell you hard on their jeans but once they get your money they don't care if you have any issues. I won't be purchasing jeans from this company again because the people at head office James Roberts and Darren lack interpersonal skills when dealing with customers.
