Very Poor customer services, went for dim sum, there were plenty of tables, however, this waitress name Anna said its only for table of 6 or more, but we've seen 3 people seated at a table of six table, upon questioning Anna, she got angry and agitated and yelling at us stating that those are bigger table for 6 or more, she can't seat table of 4 there, and She don't need worth of $20 dim sum from us, it's a waste of money to open a table for us. Then she left and walked away, later a waitress name Shirley came and open a table for us with excellent customer service and professionalism. Upon asking for Anna's name, she got angry and run to our table and questioned Shirley why she open a table for us, asking her to not get us a table. She said she have the power to not give us a table, I explained to her, I understand she have the power but she do not have the right to talk to us in such tone and attitude and the statement she stated was very demeaning and unacceptable. After all, this experience was horrible and regreatful, I would not go back to this restaurant again, and they should look in to better customer service training and professionalism for their restaurant, otherwise, it's a shame that the restaurant is good but the workers in there is preventing customer from coming back.
