I purchased a luxury car wash and it didn't even wash off normal dirt. I told the cashier Shahid (he maybe the owner) and his tone quickly changed and he rudely told me to bring the car to the parking spot visible from him. I did and went back in to show him the dirt that's still there after the 'luxury' wash and he said, again rudely, that's the best it can do and that's all. He shoud've let me go through the car wash again to get the car cleaned up properly or should'be apologized for the quality of the wash. But he was very rude and provided the worst customer service. He may be the owner too, because in his times I sensed that he is the boss and that I can't do anything. I showed the cat to the few people in the line and they all agreed that the car wash quality was terrible. I was treated as I don't matter and the service I received doesn't matter.
