I bought a TV ($499) for my daughter on 1st Oct, 2016 from Leons and within 3 weeks the TV has problem “It turns off and on on its own” I went back to the LEONs and they told me that they don’t have RETURN or REPLACMENT POLICY. The sales associate “AFTAB” to Customer service Manager MEHNAZ” they were no help at all. In short LEONs doesn’t care about their customers at all. Once you buy something from LEONs they don’t care if it works or not they will say “ITS YOURS DEAL WITH IT. They are the "WORST STORE IN CANADA” they have the "WORST STAFF” and “WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE” I don’t recommend buying ANYTHING FROM LEONs. I Paid for a NEW TV and was left with no choice but to have it repaired or THROW THE TV AWAY.
